This program uses an App called VOXER. You can download it from the App Store

(both parents and students should download the app).

The App is free (a pro account is available, but not needed).

Voxer can be used on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Office Hours

  • Crush College Admissions Office Hours: Sunday - Thursday

  • We respond to messages within 24 hours during office hours (Eastern Time).

Communication:

  • You can send a message to us at any time.

  • We respond to all client questions once every business day.

  • You can send voice messages, text messages, or attach images and files.

  • Questions can be asked by the parent or the student.

Please Note

  • We do not review or edit essays, Common App, or any other pieces of your student's applications.

  • We provide broad personal guidance. For example, we can advise on when to send test scores or offer thoughts on essay topics. Other example questions include:

    • What extracurricular activities should we highlight?

    • How can my student stand out in their application?

  • This program does not include any 1:1 private consulting, either in person or virtually.

  • You can purchase private 1:1 consulting hours at a discounted rate of $175.00.

  • All communications through Voxer are private and confidential. We ensure your information is secure.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

  • If you experience technical issues with the Voxer app, please refer to the Voxer support page or contact our office for assistance.

Holiday Schedule:

  • Our office will be closed during the following holidays: We will respond to any questions once we are back in the office.

    • Thanksgiving Week

    • Christmas Holiday: December 20th - January 3rd

    • Easter Weekend

Program Duration:

  • Access to the Voxer Program ends on April 30th of the enrolled student’s senior year.
